Yes. Crystal Clear Finish dries between a satin and semi-gloss sheen. Important: Finish must be completely dry in order to adjust the sheen (24 hours). Proceed cautiously, examine the surface after a few rubs. Repeat if necessary.

To dull the finish: Gently rub the surface with very fine steel wool (4/0) or fine sandpaper (1200 grit) and a few drops of water to avoid scratching the finish.

To make the finish glossier: Quickly rub the surface with a soft clean cloth and Trade Secret Furniture Polish.

We are often asked what makes our Crystal Clear Pro Finish better than the competition. Even though this is a water-based product, it was designed to the specifications of a leading floor manufacturer to bond to some of the hardest finishes in the industry and it met their stringent requirements. Most of the competitive finishes on the market are pretty generic and won’t adhere to some of the new hard synthetic finishes and laminates on the market.
